Crimes against children do not discriminate based on gender or age group; they occur due to children's vulnerability and their inability to defend themselves. Self-defense is a countermeasure that involves protecting the health and well-being of oneself from harm. Delhi World Public School - Hooghly is vital in promoting self-defense training. By teaching children self-defense techniques, schools empower them to handle dangerous situations and protect themselves effectively.

Yoga & Meditation

Yoga and meditation provide students with practical tools to manage stress and anxiety. Through breathing exercises, meditation, and mindful movement, students learn to calm their minds, reduce tension, and enhance their overall mental well-being. These together lead to the overall development of students as both activities contribute directly to concentration and mental peace among students or even adults.

Physical Training (P.T.)

Our Physical Training (P.T.) and Sports programme is designed to promote discipline, teamwork, fitness, and confidence among students. Under the guidance of experienced coaches and trained instructors, every child participates in structured exercises, stretching routines, and warm-ups that build strength, agility, and coordination.
