Library of the Delhi World Public School, Hooghly is a welcoming and enriching space where students can explore the world through books, ideas and stories. Our school library is designed to encourage independent reading and learning.
Our school library caters to students across different age groups and interests. The library therefore provides fictional, non-fictional biographies, general knowledge books and CBSE curriculum related materials. We believe that a comfortable reading space can create calm environment where students read, learn, research and develop their imagination.
Library activities such as storytelling sessions, book discussions, reading challenges, quizzes, and special reading programmes make the experience engaging and interactive. Students of the DWPS are encouraged to borrow books regularly and share their thoughts and recommendations with their peers.
